Ethiopia Bona Zuria-Anaerobic
Exotic! A great descriptor for a stand out coffee. This natural anaerobic lot comes to us from the Bona Zuria district in Sidama. The anaerobic process provides for a longer fermentation that creates elevated complexity. The result is a fruit forward, "syrupy" body that has an extremely well balanced acidity. Given the nature of this unique process, we have taken great care in finding just the right profile to highlight the inherent greatness found within.
We like this as a pour over and if you want to get the amplified version, as an espresso that you won't forget. Take the journey even further and follow up with some chocolate nibs!
